9 a.m.: Navy to open new housing units - Guam Pacific Daily News

The Navy will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony tomorrow for 28 new houses at North Tipalao Housing on the Navy base. The units are part of the first phase of the North Tipalao Housing project. The remaining 68 units will be completed in October 2008 …
